Mexican Airlines Volaris to Accept Bitcoin Payments in El Salvador

On October 20, Volaris El Salvador, the local subsidiary of the Mexican low-cost airline Volaris, will accept Bitcoin payments due to the adoption of Bitcoin in El Salvador. A month ago, the Salvadoran aviation authorities allowed Volaris' subsidiary to operate in the country. Salvadoran President Niyab Bukele announced on Twitter today that the airline will accept Bitcoin payments. |
