Bitcoin.org website suspected to be hacked, users should beware of scams

On September 23, there was a community giving back event on the bitcoin.org website, and it was suspected that the website had been hacked.

The website's homepage displays a Bitcoin address and states that any first 10,000 users who pay to this address will receive double the amount in return.

It is understood that the website bitcoin.org was first registered by Satoshi Nakamoto and another developer, Matti Malmi, to publish the latest development progress and provide downloads of materials such as white papers and software codes.
