HIVE Blockchain, a listed mining company, orders 3,000 Bitmain mining machines

On September 8, HIVE Blockchain, a Canadian listed mining company, announced the order of 3,000 Bitmain mining machines with a total computing power of 294 Petahash per second (PH/s) and an average efficiency of approximately 34 watts/Terahash (W/TH).

This batch of mining machines is a mix of M30S, M30S+ and M30S++ models, and 250 units will be delivered per month between January and December 2022.

HIVE Blockchain currently has over 1 Exahash of mining capacity, producing over 225 bitcoins per month at the current difficulty level. The company currently holds over 1,030 bitcoins in cold wallets.
