Hurun Global Rich List: Blockchain industry Coinbase CEO ranks first with assets of 75 billion yuan

Hurun Research Institute released the "2021 Shimao Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Port City Hurun Global Rich List" on March 2. Among them, there are 17 billionaires in the blockchain industry, mainly from cryptocurrency exchanges, investors and cryptocurrency miners.

The total wealth is 77 billion US dollars, and there are 11 new faces. The top one is Brian Armstrong, 38, of Coinbase, with a wealth of 75 billion yuan.

The cryptocurrency investors on the list include 39-year-old twin brothers Cameron Winklevoss and Tyler Winklevoss, whose fortunes are 18 billion yuan each, Ripple founders Chris Larsen, 60, Jed McCaleb, 46, and Brad Garlinghouse, 50, whose fortunes are 33 billion yuan, 20.5 billion yuan, and 9 billion yuan, respectively.
