Bitcoin mining company Bit Digital said its board of directors has removed CEO Min Hu and that CFO Erke Huang will serve as interim CEO. In addition, Ping Liu resigned as chairman of the board for "health reasons" and board member Hong Yu was appointed chairman of the board. Bit Digital did not give a reason for Hu's removal, only saying it was due to his "non-participation in the company's mining operations." |
