EasyMiner 4.0.0 released

Some problems that may occur after the upgrade are not software problems, but some mining machines can run normally without changing them, but problems may occur when they are changed. Please pay attention to the difference.

--- Upgrade troubles

Due to the design limitations of Claymore 15.0, the A-card mining machine that is currently mining ETH normally will not be able to be used after being interrupted and restarted . However, the normal mining machines will also have problems in the future, including N-cards. For detailed solutions, please refer to "Self-help Solution for ETH Card Miners"

The following are the improvements after 3.9.8

Group control terminal:

1. Fixed the problem that the server is abnormal and the kernel and mining pool cannot be selected

When the server briefly failed a few days ago, the one-click switch was unable to select the mining pool.

Miner side:

1. Optimize the computing power of the original BIOS of 4x0 and 5x0 series A cards

In particular, the computing power of Micron and Hynix particles, the abnormal computing power of Samsung particles needs to be solved separately.

2. Optimize the problem of disordered parameters after single card overclocking and card failure

In previous versions, if a card is dropped during single card overclocking, overclocking parameters may become disordered.

3. Fixed the issue that the taskkill blocking box may appear when shutting down the computer

4. Fix the problem of not finding the card

Due to the automatic update of Windows system, the problem of not finding the card may occur. Detailed instructions are provided in " Solving "No graphics card found for mining"" .

5. Adjust the locked overclocking mechanism

Regarding the locked overclocking function, click on the “Overclocking Tutorial” in the picture below for detailed instructions.

For some cards, after "Kernel Restart", the overclocking parameters automatically return to default, and the computing power decreases and the power consumption increases. If not handled in time, unstable conditions such as burning wires may occur. However, even if "Lock Overclocking" is checked, some machines may have kernel restart errors in an endless loop. Hardware failures should be checked in time.

7. Optimize BIOS flashing function

Solve the problem that some graphics cards, especially 5x00 series, may fail to flash. This improvement is still invalid for 590 with manufacturer-locked BIOS.

8. Some detail adjustments

Win10@2015 means the 2015 version of WIN10. This version cannot use the 20.4.2 driver. The 18.12.3 version driver is recommended.

32G@2G means 32G virtual memory and only 2G physical memory. PhoenixMiner kernel does not support 2G physical memory.

Physical memory refers to the memory stick plugged into the motherboard.

1. All 4x0 and 5x0 series A card users with original BIOS

2. The WIN10 system may not be able to find the mining graphics card
