Conflux CFX Moonswap Trading Tutorial

Recently, many people have discovered CFX, but there is no place to trade CFX. MoonSwap has now launched CFX trading.

MoonSwap is a decentralized exchange similar to Uniswap on Conflux. You can easily trade on MoonSwap without registering an account or KYC certification.

Below I will introduce how to use MoonSwap to trade CFX.

1. Install Conflux Portal

Conflux Portal is a browser plug-in wallet of Conflux similar to MetaMask. Portal already supports Google Chrome, Firefox, QQBrowser, 360Browser, SogouBrowser browsers.

2. Connect your wallet in MoonSwap

Open the MoonSwap trading app http://app.moonswap.fi/#/swap. If the webpage is in English, click the settings button next to Connect to a wallet to switch the language:

Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the upper right corner, as shown below:

Select ConfluxPortal in the pop-up window

After clicking ConfluxPortal, in the pop-up window, select the wallet account you want to connect to. The default is Account1.

Confirm linked accounts.

3. Trading CFX

After connecting the wallet, go back to the MoonSwap exchange page, select CFX in the sell column, and select the currency you want to exchange in the buy column. Here I choose cUSDT (USDT issued by Conflux).

We can see that the current CFX to cUSDT exchange rate is 1CFX = 0.126904cUSDT

Currently, MoonSwap liquidity is not sufficient. If the exchange is not correct, the slippage will be large. For example, if you exchange 1000, the slippage is currently 9.27%, and the price is only 1CFX = 0.115549cUSDT

cUSDT should be exchangeable for USDT on Ethereum. I don’t know how to exchange it yet. I will update here when I find out.
