New legal information about Bitmain in Beijing: Zhan Ketuan withdraws the lawsuit

According to Tianyancha, Beijing Bitmain Technology Co., Ltd. has added new legal litigation information: the first-instance civil ruling on the dispute between Jihan Wu and Bitmain Technologies Limited and others related to the company.

The trial process is that the case of the plaintiff Zhan Ketuan and the defendants Wu Jihan, Bitmain Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Bitmain Technology Co., Ltd. and the company-related disputes was filed by the Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court on January 9, 2020. The plaintiff Zhan Ketuan filed an application for withdrawal of the lawsuit with this court on June 15, 2020. The Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court believes that Zhan Ketuan's application for withdrawal of the lawsuit complies with the law and this court approves it in accordance with the law. In accordance with the provisions of Article 145, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, Zhan Ketuan is allowed to withdraw the lawsuit.
