What are the benefits of on-site maintenance ? Simply put, it saves money and time. On-site maintenance of machines, which can be put on and taken off at any time, not only speeds up the maintenance and inspection process, but also eliminates transportation time and transportation costs.

1. What is on-site maintenance?

Maintenance engineers go to the customer's site to carry out maintenance work on the mining machine. On-site maintenance is divided into two types: on-site maintenance within the warranty period and on-site maintenance outside the warranty period. On-site maintenance within the warranty period is free of charge, and the cost of on-site maintenance outside the warranty period is subject to the official website quotation.

2. How to apply for on-site maintenance?

1. First, log in to your Bitmain account and enter the [My Repair Work Order] interface;

4. After selecting [On-site maintenance], fill in the form information and submit the application.

   
   

6. Please be sure to fill in the relevant information of [Faulty model & quantity] and [Whether it is an out-of-warranty device repair] in the remarks column.
