Mining pool operators expect Bitcoin hashrate to increase in coming weeks

At the same time, computing power, another key indicator of Bitcoin mining activity, also fell by 25% compared to before the halving. Among the four largest mining pools, F2Pool and Poolin saw the largest declines, while BTC.com saw the smallest decline. The average block time from the halving to the mining difficulty adjustment was 11.82 minutes, 18% more than the expected 10 minutes.
