Bitmain Supercomputing Center Research Institute launched: Design standards are quality, and evaluation system is guarantee

Bitmain Supercomputing Center Research Institute is based on the standardized design and update of supercomputing centers. The design scheme is constantly updated to keep up with the pace of the times and policy orientation! From now on, the construction of supercomputing centers has rules to follow and the quality is guaranteed!

Bitmain Supercomputing Center Research Institute has gradually formed two standardized design modes in the exploration of supercomputing center standardization: air-cooled supercomputing center and water-cooled supercomputing center. The two modes have two construction formats: supercomputing room and supercomputing BOX, and provide transformation and upgrading services such as supercomputing center heat dissipation, power and network expansion.

Air-cooled supercomputer computer rooms are divided into side-in and top-out air-cooled supercomputer computer rooms, side-in and side-out air-cooled supercomputer computer rooms, and bottom-in and top-out air-cooled supercomputer computer rooms according to the heat dissipation mode.

The air-cooled supercomputer BOX is assembled from common containers and cooling and exhaust equipment. The containers can be new or old.

The water-cooled supercomputing center is divided into a water-cooled computer room and a water-cooled BOX. The heat dissipation principle is that the computing board in high-efficiency operation performs non-contact heat exchange with flowing water, and the heat carried by the water is directly dissipated into the environment through the cooling tower. Water-cooled products can accommodate a higher density of computing equipment and have stronger adaptability to the environment.

The Supercomputing Center Research Institute is committed to the evaluation and rating management of the Supercomputing Center. At present, a complete evaluation system has been established, and the evaluation indicators are objective and reasonable, keeping pace with the times! As the basis for quality assessment, this system plays a pivotal role in the construction or upgrading of the Supercomputing Center.

The supercomputing center evaluation standard is based on the "Supercomputing Center Design Specifications" formulated internally by the Supercomputing Center Research Institute. This standard evaluates the supercomputing center in multiple dimensions based on indicators such as project scale, operation and maintenance electricity prices, and policy risks.
