The release of the top-level design outline of Fuzhou City Brain marks the start of construction of the country's first autonomous and open city brain, which is fully committed to building an intelligent hub for " Digital Fuzhou " and a new engine for the development of the digital economy, and exploring the " Fuzhou model " of urban governance, public services and industrial development in the era of intelligent computing power. Bitmain's BM1684 chip focuses on artificial intelligence reasoning for cloud and edge applications. With a typical power consumption of only 16 watts, its FP32 precision computing power reaches 2.2 TFlops and its INT8 computing power can reach up to 17.6Tops , which has received unanimous praise from experts and customers.
