However, we are still in a stage of great delivery pressure. Due to the following reasons, the overall delivery progress is behind the contractual commitment time:

Because the wafer foundry failed to deliver the wafers on time as agreed, the delivery was delayed by 2 to 3 weeks compared to the previously agreed time, resulting in the Shemma mining machine being finally delivered to the customer 2 to 3 weeks later than agreed in the contract.

Some sales channels may over-promise on delivery dates to end customers, that is, the delivery date promised by the channel dealer to the customer is earlier than the date agreed upon in the contract between Shenma Mining Machine and the channel dealer.

In response to the product delivery issues that our customers are concerned about, MicroBit (Shenma Miner) makes the following statement:

1. Shenma Miner will communicate the product delivery time with customers who meet the following conditions within the next week:

1. Customers who sign sales contracts directly with the official website;

2. Customers whose contractual delivery period is August 2019 and September 2019 but have not yet completed delivery;

Note: For customers who purchase Shenma mining machines through other channels, please confirm the final delivery time with your seller.

2. Shenma Mining Machinery will, in the spirit of good faith, cooperation and win-win, work with qualified customers to determine the final remediation plan and provide compensation in accordance with the terms of the contract.
