This joint operation will focus on cracking down on off-site concentrated pyramid schemes implemented under the names of "1040 Project", "capital operation", "chain sales", and various types of online pyramid schemes under the guise of "capital operation", "micro-business", "e-commerce", "multi-level distribution", "consumer investment", "virtual currency", "financial mutual assistance", "tourism mutual assistance", "love mutual assistance", etc.; severely investigate and punish acts of providing business premises, training venues, warehousing, staff accommodation and other convenient conditions for pyramid schemes, as well as illegal acts such as illegal recruitment, illegal training, and illegal remuneration; resolutely ban acts of engaging in pyramid schemes under the banner of direct sales and direct sales companies engaging in pyramid schemes.

All parts of Anhui will give full play to the role of the market supervision department's 12315 complaint hotline and the public security organ's 110 alarm platform, closely combine with the special campaign to crack down on gangsters and eliminate evil, and further broaden and smooth the social reporting channels; focus on the characteristics of new types of online pyramid schemes, coordinate communications, Internet information and other departments to strengthen relevant Internet supervision; severely punish a group of pyramid scheme and disguised pyramid scheme organizers, transfer those who constitute a crime to judicial organs for criminal responsibility, and ban enterprises engaged in pyramid schemes and disguised pyramid schemes; continue to carry out the creation of "pyramid scheme-free communities (villages)".
