Bitmain: "Wu Jihan left Bitmain and founded a new company" is a rumor

On February 25, some media reported that Bitmain co-CEO Wu Jihan might leave to set up a new company focusing on blockchain business; what will remain in Bitmain is the chip and AI business. Dovey Wan, founding partner of Primitive, commented that this change is more like a business split, which may be related to the fact that Wu Jihan still holds a large number of shares in Bitmain. Odaily Planet Daily asked Bitmain for confirmation, and the other party responded that it was "pure rumor."
