Crypto experts discuss miners' non-voting claims on Twitter

Bitcoin expert Steve Patterson appealed to the BCH community in response to Openbazaar developer Chris Pacia's remarks that miners do not vote. Patterson believes that this is very different from what Satoshi Nakamoto said in the white paper that "(miners) vote with CPU power." Amaury Sechet, the chief developer of Bitcoin ABC, hit back, saying that miners are "enforcing the rules" and that miners vote, just like Walmart votes on the goods on the shelves. BCH expert imaginary_username quoted Pirate Party founder Rick Falkvinge, saying that everyone can choose the chain they recognize and cannot tell others what to do. (Bitcoin.com)
