Shanghai releases "2018 Shanghai Blockchain Technology and Application White Paper"

Today at the 2018 China (Shanghai) Blockchain Technology Innovation Summit, Mr. Gan Ping, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, released the "2018 Shanghai Blockchain Technology and Application White Paper". The white paper analyzes the current status of blockchain development at home and abroad from the perspectives of enterprises, technology and talent training, and especially talks about the development of blockchain in Shanghai.
