8 EOS nodes were asked to arbitrate

Gravitational Observation: Ben Sigman from shEOS, supported by 23 other EOS nodes, filed an arbitration request against 8 EOS nodes that did not comply with the regproducer agreement. These 8 EOS nodes have no public nodes, most of them have no website, no disclosure of ownership information, and no communication with any other EOS nodes. In addition, these nodes still receive token rewards from the EOS mainnet.
