Japanese listed company Acrodea invests 60 million yuan to build a mining farm

According to Nikkei, Acrodea, a Japanese listed company engaged in mobile software development, will build a digital currency mining farm in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The company has established a dedicated subsidiary and plans to launch 60 high-performance computers in September.

Acrodea will hire about 10 people from the local area for maintenance and management, and the investment amount is expected to be up to 1 billion yen (about 60 million yuan). This is the first time the company has launched a digital currency-related business.
