After a night of hard work, the GPU version of the Bytom mining program was officially launched on minerOS at 10 o’clock last night.

Preparation:

First, you need a minerOS account.

Please visit the official website: www. mineros.cn   Register for an account.

Secondly, before mining BTM, you need a BTM wallet, which needs to be downloaded from the BTM official website bytom.io. Please note that the wallet address cannot use a wallet address based on Ethereum starting with 0x.

The wallet needs to synchronize data for a while before it can generate

Upgrade to minerOS1.3.4

Version 1.3 can be updated to version 1.3.4 by clicking "Update" in the host list. Tutorial: http://help.mineros.cn/index.php?s=/1&page_id=32

Hosts before version 1.3 need to use the minerOS system tool to burn the disk again. Download the minerOS system tool and the disk burning tutorial, see:

Please note that BTM currently only supports N-card mining machines. When burning discs, you must choose Nvidia graphics cards. A-card mining machines are not supported yet. Prepare an empty USB disk or format the USB disk, insert it into a Windows computer, and open the disc burning tool.

After the disc is burned successfully, insert it into the host and the host will automatically activate.

Configuring currency templates

Log in to the official website https://www.mineros.cn and enter the management backend to configure the currency template. Click "Configure Service-Add Configuration-Advanced Configuration:

Distribute configuration to hosts

In the host list, assign the latest currency configuration to the host that needs to work and click "Start".

FAQ:
1. Can coins starting with BM wallet address be traded?
There is currently no exchange where this can be traded. This is the mainnet coin. The ones currently on the exchange are issued based on Ethereum, and mainnet coin recharge has not yet been enabled.
For example, the EOS we buy now is issued based on Ethereum, and the main network currency will only be exchanged for us after the EOS main network is launched.

2. The computing power fluctuates greatly and is inconsistent with the mining pool?
Currently, the BTM GPU mining software is not stable and the graphics card utilization rate is low. The efficiency will drop significantly if there are more than 6 graphics cards.
The unit of computing power counted by minerOS is wrong, there is an extra K. Please refer to the mining pool computing power for the standard.

3. Activation failed?
Use the latest version of the disc burning tool, click Quick Burn, no activation is required. After the burning is completed, insert the USB disk into the mining machine, start the system, and you can see the mining machine in the management background.

4. Upgrade failed or startup failed?
Try to reactivate it (use another host in the same LAN as the mining machine, enter the mining machine IP address on the web, there is a local activation button) or burn the disc again.

5. What to do if the screen is black? If the following picture appears, it means the system has been started and mining is possible. Go to the official website - management backend - host to check whether the host has been activated under the account.
If only a cursor flashes on the screen, it means the system has started successfully. You can press ctrl+alt+f1 to restore to the startup screen to view the host IP. In most cases, mining is already underway at this time, and you can view the hashrate after management.
