Artists earn less than a cent per download, Moroz said, and competition for fan loyalty is fierce.

“Having personally gone through all the trouble artists have to get famous, I sought to revolutionize ways for artists and fans to help each other through financial support and social incentives. The only way to achieve this was through the power of blockchain, which could provide countless opportunities for artists and musicians.”

“TATIANACOIN is the first example of what we call ArtistCoin, a digital currency that eliminates middlemen and facilitates contracts, payments, and communications. ArtistCoins will enable composers, labels, and publishers to seamlessly register their work, view tamper-proof payment contracts, and distribute songs. This will streamline the review process and ensure all parties are paid fairly.”
