Guns and blockchain equal a safer world?

Guns and blockchain equal a safer world?

Gun violence has become a major media concern these days. A large number of gun attacks in clubs and schools, caused by violent law enforcement, terrorist attacks, gang violence and accidental discharges, have attracted widespread attention around the world and calls for reform are growing.

Blocksafe is the world's first system that uses blockchain technology as its core to bridge the gap between gun ownership and safe use. This smart technology is dedicated to timely reporting of the presence of guns, in other words, the system will automatically issue a warning before guns flow into the hands of unqualified people.

Global smart gun positioning technology, smart gun control and control equipment and decentralized networks have developed with the development of the Blocksafe system. So what is the ultimate goal of this system? Blocksafe is committed to building a safer world by tracking and managing weapons to prevent guns from falling into the hands of bad guys and illegal gun users.

Any individual, law enforcement agency, or armed security company will need real-time access to the private, anonymous Blocksafe server to monitor themselves and control registered weapons. With smart gun control devices, we can be notified whenever and wherever our guns are fired, and we can even lock our stolen guns, all thanks to the power of the Blocksafe app and network.

If the Blocksafe app can be used to its full potential using Telehash, distributed VPNs, and torrenting technologies, it could usher in a new era of gun control and life-saving policies.

Pull the trigger on innovation

Triggers are a very apt description of the force that drives the development of smart devices and the Blocksafe Smart Network. Currently, they are being used as a means to raise funds through the Bittrex platform, and they also need to provide a 20% profit reward before 11 am PDT on September 22nd.

The network has reportedly raised 125 BTC in its first day of fundraising for the project. Blocksafe has also received significant investment from big names in the Bitcoin and firearms industries, including Michael Terpin from the BitAngels angel fund.

Kevin Barnes, the founder and chairman of Blocksafe, has multiple identities. He is an Army veteran, a promoter of blockchain technology, and an active promoter of gun privatization. In recent years, he has been involved in the development of encryption technology for Bitcoin videos and charity websites. It was through this project that he discovered that blockchain technology was his interest. After he successfully founded the company, he was thinking about how to change the world. Mr. Barnes said:
"As an avid gun enthusiast, I often instruct my wife on how to use various guns. Over time, she began to doubt her self-control and often imagined what she would do if she was subdued by a thug while fully armed. At that time, an idea similar to "Blocksafe" was fermenting in my mind."

He believes that there are many problems with early "smart gun" technology, the most important of which is that gun owners are unwilling to have their gun registration information under government supervision. Many gun owners believe that this technology will weaken their freedom to use their guns and may even lead to their guns being confiscated. It is precisely because of this that he believes that Blocksafe can well protect the interests of users.

"What we will build is a distributed smart gun management system that can exist as a basic system by supporting third-party smart gun management systems, while at the same time enhancing the security and defense capabilities of the entire system."
Mr Barnes said the Blocksafe app could send information about a smart device's activity to its owner, and to other people if the owner authorised it.

“Activity information can be sent via email, push notifications, SMS, etc. The best part is that the owner of a device using the Blocksafe app has 100% control over the information it generates and the device itself. All information on the ledger is encrypted except for the owner.”

“The owner of this device can know all the activities that occur on the smart device and manage these activities through key data. Unauthorized users can obtain authorization to the device by verifying their own information.”

Mr. Barnes concluded:
“I hope that the Blocksafe app will provide an infrastructure platform that enables proactive defense of smart devices, unlocks the full potential of the device, and provides enhanced gun safety and autonomous defense services to everyone in a completely anonymous, private, and secure manner.”
