Bitcoin's RMB price rises again despite Russia's anti-Bitcoin rhetoric

Bitcoin prices fluctuated after falling from highs in the Asian session on Friday (April 8), but have now risen again in terms of RMB and euro.

The quotes released by BITSTAMP show that Bitcoin/US dollar (XBT/USD) rebounded to the 422 line yesterday. After falling from the high of the Asian session this trading day, it fluctuated around the 420 level.

The quotes released by KRAKEN showed that Bitcoin/Euro (XBT/EUR) rebounded yesterday and approached the 373 line. After a mild decline in the Asian session this trading day, it rose again.

The quotes released by Huobi.com show that Bitcoin/CNY hit a bottom and rebounded yesterday, and also fell back once in the Asian session of this trading day, but it has now jumped again to around 2740.

In the industry, German Klimenko, Internet advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin, publicly called Bitcoin an Internet game and a virus, and called for the early enactment of a law to ban Bitcoin.

Killemenko told a local news agency online that virtual currencies are not just viruses that directly attack our brains, but are completely fictitious and are banned in many parts of the world.

At 11:12 Beijing time on April 8, Bitcoin/USD was 419.99, Bitcoin/Euro was 371.74, and Bitcoin/RMB was 2740.20.
