Bitwala to offer fee-free Bitcoin trading for two weeks

To celebrate the payment service’s 2 millionth transaction in one year, Bitwala customers will be able to make fee-free bitcoin transactions for the next two weeks.

Starting Monday, Bitawala will remove its 0.5% transaction fee. Use the code: THANKYOU to enjoy Bitawala’s fee-free offer until March 28.

Pay your bills with Bitcoin

Bitwala, launched as Europe’s first bill payment service, will allow users to pay their bills with Bitcoin. No credit card required, just Bitcoin to pay for anything.

Bitcoin holders can pay their fiat bills without converting. Users can pay any invoice that accepts bank transfers, credit cards, etc. Users simply enter the recipient's details and the amount of the activated SEPA bank transfer. Up to €50,000 can be transferred per month and regular bills can be paid.

The company claims that its transaction fees are the lowest in the market.

Goal: Replace online banking

Bitwala's mission is to be an online banking alternative for the Bitcoin community.

In December, Bitawala launched a Bitcoin debit card for its “second level verification” customers. Customers are asked to choose between a virtual card and a physical card nominated in Europe. The debit card allows users to withdraw cash directly at ATMs and can be used to make payments anywhere VISA cards are accepted.

As CCN reported, Bitawala began allowing users to send Bitcoin to any PayPal account in November.
