Blockchain and real estate meet for the first time in Washington

Comment : Cross-industry exchanges and meetings are quite interesting. Although in the short term, it is probably mainly housing property rights certificates in areas like Honduras that will resort to blockchain technology, more exchanges between industries, especially the collision of ideas between traditional industries and cutting-edge technologies, will definitely spark sparks. Perhaps we can hold a series of discussion salons in the blockchain industry, financial industry, and Internet of Things industry in Shanghai or Beijing regularly in the future, so that everyone can really understand the real needs of both parties through cross-industry exchanges of ideas.

On Sunday, January 31st, the Ubitquity LLC team will launch the first blockchain real estate meetup in Washington, D.C. The goal of the meetup is to connect experts in the traditional real estate industry with Bitcoin and blockchain enthusiasts to bring benefits to both industries.

Although the event was initiated by Ubitquity team members Nathan Wosnack, Christian Saucier and Matt McKibbin, the event is still a neutral exchange platform for participants to exchange ideas and knowledge based on objective facts. The platform is also open to anyone interested in blockchain or real estate, and people can learn about new technologies and solutions in these two industries.

We hope to bring together people who are already involved in these two industries from Washington, DC and its surrounding areas. Real estate professionals, blockchain consultants, developers, etc. The original intention of the platform is to spread ideas, connect practitioners, investors, etc. We see real estate as the next big opportunity in 2016 .

According to Nathan Wosnack, the meetup has attracted a number of people from companies who decided to come in the hope of building new relationships and learning new knowledge through the event. In fact, this meetup has established a connection between the traditional real estate industry and the Bitcoin blockchain industry. Nathan added:

Ubitquity is a pioneer in blockchain real estate (title) projects. Together with experts from both industries, we wanted to organize a meetup to see how things were going. So far, the feedback from all parties has been very good.”
