Bitcoin Group postpones IPO again

Bitcoin mining company Bitcoin Group Ltd. has resubmitted its prospectus to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, delaying its initial public offering on the ASX.

The latest prospectus was filed on December 24, 2015 and reads as follows:

An independent expert report to support certain statements that may be considered "forward-looking statements".

There was a time gap between the first and new versions of the prospectus, so the financial information (revenue, profit, etc.) in the first version of the prospectus had changed and the new version of the prospectus was updated to reflect the audited accounts.

Certain statements that may have been forward-looking statements have been deleted. This is in line with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's regulatory guidance 170;

The Bitcoin Group’s mining operations were further explained.

A new prospectus means a new timetable for the initial public offering, and it is worth mentioning that the listing time has been postponed several times.

According to the new schedule, the initial public offering will start on December 24, 2015 and end on January 25, 2016. Bitcoin Group shares will begin trading on the Australian Stock Exchange on February 2, 2016, compared to the previous plan of January 20, 2016.
