What is Tianting and what is Tiancang?

What is Tianting and what is Tiancang?

There are two theories about heaven since ancient times:

The first statement is also the most common one: the forehead refers to the forehead.

Ancient physiognomy started from the idea that harmony between heaven, earth and man is the most important thing, and divided the human face into three parts, namely the three parts. Based on the principle that the sky is above, the earth is below, and people are in the middle, the upper part of the face is also called the forehead, the lower part of the face is also called the chin, and the middle part symbolizes human development and circumstances.

The second theory is to divide the forehead into four parts: Tianzhong, Tianting, Sikong and Zhongzheng. Tianzhong refers to the upper part of the forehead, about 1 cm below the hairline. The forehead refers to the hairless area in the middle of the forehead, about 1 cm wide below the center of the forehead. Sikong is located in the lower middle of the forehead, about 2 cm below the forehead. Zhongzheng is located on the forehead above the eyebrows, about 1 cm below Sikong.

These four parts are collectively called the official palace, which indicates a person's career, official career, etc. If their faces are full and plump, with a bright complexion and no scars or moles to damage them, it means that the person has a good genetic foundation, is naturally energetic, has extraordinary intelligence, and will be appreciated and promoted at a young age. But if there are any defects or dull colors, be careful.

Tiancang, commonly known as the temple, is between the tail of the eyebrow and the hairline. This part represents the wealth status in youth.

If the Tiancang is full and prosperous, it means that the person has a wealthy family, his ancestors or parents are very successful in their careers, and they have accumulated a lot of wealth for future generations. This kind of person has no worries about food and clothing at a young age, enjoys wealth and splendor, or inherits a huge family fortune, so he is called Tiancang, which means that this person can have a lot of wealth when he is born, which is a gift from God. However, if this area is sunken or damaged by scars or moles, it means that he cannot receive the protection of his ancestors and needs to rely on his own efforts to gain wealth and success.
