How to judge people by their appearance?

As the saying goes, "Don't judge a book by its cover, and don't judge the sea by its depth." There is indeed some truth in this. It is not advisable to judge a person simply by his/her appearance. You need to integrate more information to get a comprehensive view of the person. But everyone is concerned about how facial features can tell a person’s true character.

One Health

Man is a whole, not separate individuals. Physiognomy believes that the five facial features correspond to the five internal organs. For example, if a person's lungs are not in good condition, it can be seen from the nose; for example, if this person has a runny nose, a red nose and is breathing heavily, but physiognomy has a more subtle view when it comes to this.

If a person’s liver is not in good condition, you can tell from his eyes. The simplest way is to see if the whites of a person’s eyes are very yellow. There is a 90% chance that this person has liver disease.

A person’s spleen (digestive system) condition can be seen from his mouth. If you have pimples at the corners of your mouth, it is usually due to poor digestion.

If a person’s heart is not in good condition, you can tell from his tongue. If there is a heart disease, symptoms such as tongue inflexibility and tongue curling will usually appear. The cheekbones will become red.

The health of a person's kidneys can be seen through his hearing. Tinnitus and hearing loss may be caused by kidney deficiency; it can also be seen by observing the condition of the ears. If your ears remain red regardless of whether it is cold or hot, you may have kidney disease.

Second Spirit

"The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine Lingshu·The Original Spirit" states: "The one that travels with the spirit is called the spirit." "The liver stores blood, and the blood houses the soul." Zhang Jingyue's note: "The word 'soul' refers to dreams, trances, and changing and wandering states." If the liver functions normally, the soul and spirit are stable. If the liver functions abnormally, the soul is not at home and is prone to mental conditions such as sleepwalking, talking in sleep, and hallucinations.

I just said that a person’s eyes can show whether his liver is healthy, and you can also look at a person’s spirit by looking at his eyes. There are several ways to look at whether the eyes are energetic or not. Not all eyes with bright eyes indicate good spirits. Eyes with a divine glow also indicate good spirits.

Three fortunes

This can be summarized in a rhyme in physiognomy: wide forehead, high nose, prosperous house and property (the area between the eyebrows and eyes, but the broad sense of house and property palace includes both eyes), and good ears. In the past there was a double chin, but today fat people make up the majority, so the error rate is very high.

A wide forehead indicates a person with high intelligence, a high and fleshy nose indicates a good spirit, and the House of Property can show a person's health and family. Ears also belong to the category of intelligence.

Four emotions

People with an irregular facial axis, thin lips, sparse eyebrows, and three white spots in the eyes (three white spots in the eyes are commonly known as ungrateful people) do not value feelings. This is because people who do not value feelings often have bad intentions, and appearance is determined by the heart, so these will slowly be reflected on a person's face. It is also believed that people with clear eyes, straight facial axis and thick eyebrows are sentimental. Many diseases can cause the central axis of the face to become skewed. There are also many people with improper minds who have regular faces. These are just for reference.
