The Eight Palaces on your Palm See if You Are Healthy

Palmistry divides the human palm into eight palaces, corresponding to the eight trigrams. Each trigram represents the function of an organ or bowel movement in the human body, so diseases of the organs and bowels can be displayed on the trigram position on the palm. By observing the images on the palm, one can determine whether there is any disease in the various organs in the human body.

1. Gan Palace

If the Gan Palace is raised and rosy, it means that the five internal organs are full of vitality and energy, which is a sign of good health.

There are messy lines on the Gan Palace, the skin is dry, and the complexion is dark blue, yellow and dark, indicating emotional depression, endocrine disorders, fatigue and shortness of breath.

The Gan Palace is sunken, the tendons are exposed, and the bones are exposed, and the skin is dull and pale, reflecting the weakening of the circulation of Qi and blood, which is common in people with serious or long-term illnesses.

2. Kan Palace

The Kan Palace is raised but soft, shiny and lustrous, reflecting good functioning of the cardiovascular, urinary and reproductive systems.

Rough texture on the Kan Palace, rough skin, and dull luster indicate poor nutrition and physical weakness in childhood, lack of vitality in adulthood, and easy fatigue, which is closely related to heart disease.

The blue veins in the Kan position are raised, sunken, thin and without flesh. Most of them are people who are seriously ill or cannot recover after a serious illness.

If the lines on the wrist below the Kan Palace are scattered, broken, thin, curved, or even triangular and rushing towards the palm, it indicates kidney deficiency. Women are prone to miscarriage and men have sexual dysfunction.

3. Gen Palace

The texture of the Gen Palace is scattered, the skin is rough, and there is an oval dark color, which indicates that the spleen and stomach function are not good and the person is suffering from stomach problems at this time.

The blue veins in the Gen Palace are raised, and the area is obviously sunken, thin and fleshless, which also reflects a weak spleen and stomach.

The most taboo for the Gen Palace is being soft and collapsed, which refers to the phenomenon that the fingerprints that appear after pressing the hand do not disappear for a long time. This indicates that microcirculation is poor, which is a sign of weak heart function.

4. Zhen Palace

The lower and middle part of the Zhen Palace appears atrophied, soft, and cannot be pressed down. It is pale and weak and has many fine and messy lines. It is a sign of reproductive and endocrine dysfunction.

The presence of leaf-like island patterns on the upper part of the Chen Palace often indicates chronic gastritis, and the illness has lasted for a long time.

The lines in the Zhen Palace are scattered and irregular with many hair-like lines, crosses, or star patterns, reflecting mental tension, disordered life, and susceptibility to neurosis.

5. Xun Palace

If the Xun Palace is excessively protruding, it indicates that the cholesterol is too high, the blood lipids and blood pressure are high, and the bile concentration is high.

Xun Palace is obviously higher than Zhen Palace, and bile reflux gastritis is common.

People with disordered lines in the Xun Palace should frequently check their bile duct system to prevent the occurrence of bile duct diseases.

6. Leaving the Palace

The Li Palace is located between the middle finger and the ring finger. If there are messy textures, it indicates that the heart function is damaged, and symptoms such as palpitations and blood pressure fluctuations will occur. It is more common in patients with angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, and hypertensive heart disease.
