Health from the belly button

The belly button is commonly known as the navel, and is called Shenque in traditional Chinese medicine. Most people believe that the belly button has completed its historical mission and has no other effect on the human body. In fact, if the navel gets cold, it can easily cause symptoms such as abdominal pain or colds. In addition, you can observe the changes in the shape and color of your belly button to check your health.

It is often accompanied by a sunken navel and a cold abdomen.

In addition, pain syndrome may also cause the navel to turn blue.
6. The navel is purple in color, dull and dark in color, or with ecchymosis, which indicates internal blood stasis. Abdominal scars and pelvic tumors can also react at the navel. In severe cases, the skin of the navel and abdomen can be seen to be rough and dry like fish scales, a mass can be felt in the abdomen, the abdominal skin is stiff and resists pressure, and the whole body can be seen to have dry mouth, night fever, forgetfulness, and a dark complexion.
