What is the significance of the length of the lifeline?

What is the special meaning of the length of the lifeline? Can we really tell how long a person will live based on the length of their lifeline? Let’s continue reading.
Statements about the lifeline <br />The lifeline starts at the fork between the thumb and index finger, and the age is counted as 1 year there. From then on, each centimeter is counted as 7 years old. That is, the 1st centimeter is 1 to 7 years old, the 2nd centimeter is 7 to 14 years old, the 3rd centimeter is 14 to 21 years old, and so on. In short, at the end of life (close to the wrist and neck line), it will be 99 years old. If at a certain age there is a break, rupture, triangle or island on this line, forming a messy divergent line, it means that the person will face great danger or serious illness at a certain age. If a good symbol appears above a bad symbol, it means that the person will survive a great danger or serious illness.
The long life line

A lifeline that is long, deep and distinct indicates strong vitality, good health and longevity, a cheerful and frank personality, good health and high energy. In life, you are proactive and courageous, but you tend to act on your own, be self-righteous, and have a strong sense of subjectivity. You should exercise more self-restraint and avoid overindulgence to prevent physical and mental harm. But if the line is intermittent or a bad mark appears along the way, it certainly cannot remain healthy and long-lived.
Short lifeline interpretation <br />Interpretation 1:
It means that this person has a bad stomach and intestines throughout his life, is kind-hearted, has a short life span, and often dies young.
People with short lifelines are honest and down-to-earth, but too timid.
Due to their weak constitution, they may suffer from many illnesses, but this does not mean their life span is short, and they usually lead a dissatisfied and uneasy life.
Even if the life lines on both hands are short, if the other main lines are deep, beautiful and clear, the person will not die young. Although I often get sick, I recover quickly.

Statement 2:
Most people tend to only look at the length of the lifeline and judge a person's life span based on the length of the lifeline. In fact, although the length of the lifeline represents natural vitality, if someone commits suicide, suffers a disaster or dies in battle, even the longest life will be interrupted. The length of the lifeline cannot determine the length of life. The view that the length of the lifeline is a symbol of life was denied in 1952. Moreover, the length of the lifeline is not permanently unchanged, but has slight elastic changes. If you look closely at the tip of the line, you will find that it will be slightly extended when you are healthy, but will be slightly withered and shrunk due to long-term illness.
In mid-July 1952, the International Association of New Palmists held its first general meeting in Canberra, Australia, and invited 1,104 people from various countries who had settled in Australia to conduct an experiment. As to whether the length of the lifeline can be used as a symbol of the length of life, the following experimental results are available:
1. People whose lifeline is very short, less than an inch long: there are 257 people who live to be 65 years old. There were 182 people who lived to be 75 years old. There are 87 people who live to be 85 years old or older.
2. Lifeline is broken in the middle or divided into many broken lines: It means that the person had a serious illness or a major accident and almost died. There are 146 people whose lifelines are broken in the middle or divided into many broken lines, but they have never encountered an accident or had a serious illness (I will talk about this situation later).
3. There is a series of continuous islands on the lifeline, forming a small chain: 317 people have been in poor health for a long time (at least more than 10 years) and are prone to accidents. Among them, 144 people have many minor health problems but have never encountered an accident. There are 173 people who said they are prone to accidents but are in relatively good health.
In addition, the International Palmistry Association's research in 1979 believed that the lifeline on a person's hand represents the following five meanings:
1. The lifeline represents a person's strength and personality.
2. The lifeline represents whether a person will encounter an accident, a serious illness or a serious danger.
3. The lifeline represents whether a person will have surgery and in which year.
4. The lifeline represents a person’s health status throughout his life.
5. If a person does not have a lifeline on his hand, the fate line can replace the lifeline.
From the above, we can be almost certain that the length of the lifeline does not equal the length of life! In other words, people with a long lifeline do not necessarily live long, and people with a short lifeline do not necessarily die young. Therefore, some people with a short lifeline should not worry about their short life and scare themselves to death. In fact, palmistry is a science of observation, experimentation and statistics, and it is not static.
To determine how long a person will live, we must look at the Mount of Venus at the inner end of the lifeline and the health line that slants out from the bottom of the lifeline. Yamada Toshiyuki, a famous contemporary Japanese palmist, said: If a person's life span could be easily seen at a glance, life would be meaningless. If a person knows that he has a short life, how can he live peacefully and happily and make long-term plans for his life? To be honest, many people with a short lifeline can live a long life!
