Welcome to IPFS Weekly #114

New version release

Last week, js-ipfs, go-libp2p, and js-libp2p released new versions. For details, please refer to the relevant blog at blog.ipfs.io. There are three specific aspects about the release of the new version, as follows:

js-ipfs v0.52

This release fixes typedef resolution and adds examples of using types; removes all esoteric IPLD formatting, and introduces some breaking changes.

go-libp2p v0.12

The new version introduces a new BasicConnectionGater to filter inbound and outbound connections, and makes significant changes to the stream interface to eliminate some surprising behaviors.

js-libp2p v0.29.3

This release resolves the multiple address issue that occurred before dialing.
