Yesterday (October 29), Canaan Creative submitted its prospectus to Nasdaq, with the stock code CAN . On November 6, it will release a red herring prospectus (the special instructions on the front page must be printed in red font), conduct a preliminary roadshow to institutions, and the final IPO time is expected to be between November 20 and November 25. Once the IPO is successfully completed, Canaan Creative will become the first mining machine company in China to be successfully listed.
