Yesterday, Taiyi Technology’s official website released a piece of news: Domestic blockchain startup Taiyi Technology announced that it will be listed on the New Third Board in the near future. The news said:

"Taiyi Technology has a world-class blockchain R&D team of more than 70 people, as well as a financial-grade blockchain system with completely independent intellectual property rights in China. After successfully listing on the New Third Board, Taiyi Technology will become China's first and currently the only New Third Board-listed company in the blockchain field."

Taiyi Technology’s official website publicly shows that among Taiyi’s management team, Dundee (Chairman of Yuanbao.com and Yuanbao Financial) serves as Chairman, and Jelena Strelnikova (Compliance Management Specialist of Yuanbao.com and Yuanbao Financial) serves as Blockchain Compliance Officer.

Yuanbao.com launched Taiyiyuan and Taiyigu in 2015. On April 18, two days before the news was released, Yuanbao.com issued an announcement announcing the suspension of Taiyigu trading. The announcement showed that since Taiyigu (ABC) will announce a major event, in order to protect the interests of investors, ensure fair information disclosure, and avoid a major impact on the price of Taiyigu, Yuanbao.com has suspended Taiyigu trading since the announcement was released. At the same time, the "buy points" function of Yuanbao Finance has also been suspended.

Since Taiyi will announce other matters later, the time for resuming trading will be announced through the system.

Dundee, Chairman of Yuanbao.com and Taiyi Technology, revealed to Babbitt:

Taiyi Technology will be an independent NEEQ listed company and will have no direct relationship with Yuanbao.com's operating company. At the same time, as the first blockchain company listed on the NEEQ in China, Taiyi Technology will focus on the development of the underlying technology of blockchain technology. Yuanbao's platform will focus more on the transaction and circulation of blockchain assets. There is no overlap in the business between the two.

Regarding the businesses displayed on Taiyi Technology’s official website, such as Taiyi Blockchain, Blockchain Commodity Trading Center, Blockchain Big Data Center, and Blockchain Industry Alliance, Dundee explained:

“Taiyi will not engage in specific business, but will adopt the method of providing technology and platform to carry out technical cooperation in the field of blockchain with commodity trading platforms, equity trading centers, financial institutions, etc. with legal financial licenses. It may also adopt the method of technology licensing to cooperate with third-party companies to carry out business.”

It is reported that after listing on the New Third Board, Taiyi will join hands with well-known domestic and foreign companies such as IBM to jointly build an open and shared blockchain technology platform, establish demonstration projects, create a blockchain industry base, and promote the industrialization of China's blockchain.

Regarding the release date that users are most concerned about, Dundee said:

“We will comply with the requirements of listed companies and make further information disclosures at an appropriate time, which will not be long. Taiyi’s listing is inseparable from the long-term support of the community. The future development potential of the blockchain field is also huge.
