Is it better to have more or fewer crescents on fingers? The crescents on fingers reflect health status

The half-moons on your fingers are actually quite important, especially for your health. This thing is also called white crescent. Normally, it should appear under the nail and its size should be one-fifth of the base nail. It should not be too big or too small. To a large extent, it is very reasonable to judge health information by the white crescent, because the state of the white crescent can show some problems. First of all, when in a healthy state, the white crescent is not only of standard size, but also grayish white in color, and it feels relatively smooth when touched by the nails, without any astringent feeling.

The state of the white crescents can reveal the rise and fall of qi and blood in the internal organs of the body. Generally speaking, in a healthy state, there should be seven or eight white crescents on both hands. For those nails that have no white half-moon except on the thumb, it is naturally a very unhealthy condition. The most serious problem is probably related to kidney deficiency. If a person's lunula gradually undergoes bad changes, that is, the curvature becomes smaller and the area becomes smaller, and the luster gradually fades, it means that the physical condition is gradually deteriorating.
Moreover, the state of the white crescent is closely related to the heart. People with healthy white crescents generally have sufficient qi and blood, and their circulation is relatively smooth. However, if there is no white crescent or it is relatively small, it is generally a sign of weak qi and blood, poor blood circulation, and it is very likely a sign of heart problems. Blood circulation is also closely related to the liver, so it may be because of the liver. People who drink alcohol frequently usually have white spots on their lips, which is unhealthy.
However, the white half-moon condition does not necessarily mean a disease. Some people have basically no white half-moon on their nails. In fact, it is a congenital condition. That is, their nails grow at a slower speed or their nails grow in a relatively backward position, so the white half-moon cannot be seen. This is a natural condition and is not caused by any disease. So sometimes the white crescent may not be visible, but it does exist. Moreover, the invisible white crescent is also very beneficial because it means that the nails will be harder and can better protect the nail bed, and the health will not be affected.
As for the healthy state of the white crescent, there must be a white crescent on the thumbs of both hands, and the index and middle fingers of both hands should also be like this. There can be no white crescent on the other fingers. Therefore, if you are in good health and have more than 6 white crescents on your hands, it is actually very good.
